How We Build
Phase One
We work with your architect or design team to review plans, identify issues before they become field problems, and submit permit applications. We manage the permitting process so you don't have to navigate city and county requirements on your own.
Phase Two
We coordinate excavation, grading, utilities, and foundation work — ensuring the site is properly prepared before framing begins. The foundation of a great build is exactly that: the foundation.
Phase Three
Structural framing followed by rough-in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. We coordinate all trades under one roof and schedule inspections at the appropriate milestones to keep the project moving without shortcuts.
Phase Four
From insulation and drywall through paint, flooring, cabinetry, tile, trim, and fixture installation — we execute the finish phase with the same attention to detail as every phase before it. This is where your vision becomes visible.
Phase Five
We walk the completed project with you, document any punch list items, and don't consider the job done until everything meets your expectations and passes final inspection. No partial handoffs.
